These Terms govern your use of the Beni Brew website and your purchases and bookings. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in USD and may change; the price at checkout applies to your order. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders with a refund.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing payment details you authorize us to charge the order total, including any applicable tax and shipping.

Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable toward purchases on this site, have no cash value except where required by law, and are not reloadable. Treat them like cash — we are not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Event bookings & deposits

Event bookings are confirmed when we accept your request and receive the required deposit. Deposits reserve your date and are applied to your balance. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are described in our Refund & Returns Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site is our property and may not be reused without permission.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and our products/services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order or booking.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
