This policy covers shipping for online shop orders. Event catering is an on-site service, not a shipped product.

Where we ship

We ship shop orders within the United States. Local pickup may be available around Chicago & Chicagoland.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Coffee is often shipped fresh, so a little extra time means a fresher cup.

Shipping rates & delivery

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Local pickup

When offered, choose "Local pickup" at checkout and we will contact you with pickup details.

Delays

Carrier delays, weather, and holidays can affect delivery. We appreciate your patience and will help track a delayed order.
