Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Shop products

Unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Coffee & perishables

For food-safety reasons, opened coffee and perishable items cannot be returned. If a coffee product arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will make it right.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Event deposits & cancellations

• Deposits reserve your date and are generally non-refundable.
• Cancellations made well in advance may be eligible to reschedule, subject to availability.
• Cancellations close to the event date may forfeit the deposit to cover reserved time and preparation.

Specific cancellation terms for your event are confirmed in your booking.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
