- Order & event details — items purchased, gift-card recipients, event date, location, guest count, and related preferences.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers, only limited transaction data (amount, status, a payment reference).
- Usage data — basic analytics such as pages viewed and device/browser type, collected only with your consent.
How we use your information
- To process orders, gift cards, and event bookings, and to take deposits and balances.
- To communicate with you about your order, booking, or account.
- To send marketing emails only if you opt in; you can unsubscribe at any time.
- To operate, secure, and improve our site.
Service providers
We share information with trusted providers who help us run the business:
